Share your wisdom and magic with the world through a professionally edited book!

As a certified editor and lifelong book lover, I help you refine your manuscript so it’s polished, professional, and free of distracting errors. From punctuation and grammar to clarity and flow, I ensure your work shines — so you can share it with confidence.

No matter how inspiring your message is, readers won’t stick around if your book is full of mistakes. A well-edited book not only keeps them engaged but also establishes you as an expert with real value to share.

Why Work With Me?

Beyond fixing typos and awkward phrasing, I can sense when something is off via energetic shifts in the writing or in my body, whether it’s pacing, repetition, or missing elements. I work with both logic and energy to ensure your book flows seamlessly.

My goal is to bridge the gap between you and your audience so your message lands clearly and powerfully. See below for more details.

PAYMENT

I require a 50% deposit upfront to hold your spot (spots fill quickly). The remainder is payable when I deliver the final project. You will receive an invoice upon completion. Payment can be made via PayPal or Stripe.

THE PROCESS

1) Pre-Edit:
You send me your manuscript as a Microsoft Word document and tell me a little about your project such as your intended audience, if this is your first book, your word count, genre, time-frame, and the goal for your book. I review what you send me, and I’ll create a time line, fee, and contract based on word count and level of editing needed. You pay half of the deposit up-front to hold your spot.

2) Edit
I complete the edit in the time frame outlined in our contract. When I’m finished, I return the edited manuscript as a Word doc with tracked changes, a Word doc with comments only, a Style Sheet, and any notes or comments. You review the edits and answer queries and pay the remaining half of the invoice.

*I use The Chicago Manual of Style and Merriam-Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary.

3) Complimentary Post-Edit Book Coaching Call ($333 Value!)
Unlike most editors, I offer more than just editing. As an experienced 6x Bestselling Author and Book Doula with over 10 years of experience, working with hundreds of authors, and the founder of Dream Book Academy, you receive one complimentary book coaching call with me. This is your time to ask anything: clarify parts of your book, get guidance on publishing, or explore your launch strategy. This session is all about you!

"I had an amazing experience working with Pia as my editor. Right away Pia created such an energy of safety around working with her that made me completely trust her with something so precious to me. I appreciated how Pia guided me to the best services she could provide me as my book was a poetry book. She acknowledged how "poetry is your own type of art" and therefore really allowed me to be myself with my book. She was there to support me when I was beginning to doubt myself. Pia caught mistakes I didn't see and helped my book reach a new level of perfection in my eyes. Pia is truly great at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an editor."
